Consistently good fun

This was my third time visiting TreeZone, second time at the Loch Lomond location. I brought a group for a corporate away day, and just like my previous visits, the experience was really smooth. Booking was easy online, and the staff were well-organized on the day. They maintained the same level of safety briefing and support that I've come to expect. It's why I keep coming back; they're reliable for a good group activity.

Absolutely brilliant day!

We went for a stag party at Loch Lomond and did the high ropes course – it was absolutely brilliant! The challenges were fantastic, and the zip slides were such a rush. The whole group had such a blast. I'm already planning to go back with my family. Everyone should try this!

Good fun, safe experience

Booked the Aviemore aerial adventure for two. It was a good time. Staff were helpful with the safety gear. The course was challenging but fun. Would go again next time I'm up north.

Detailed Aviemore experience

I booked the Aviemore aerial adventure online a few weeks in advance for a Saturday afternoon. The website was easy to navigate and the booking confirmation came through quickly. When we arrived, parking was straightforward. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were very clear with the safety briefing and fitting of the harnesses. We did the full high ropes course and it took us about 2.5 hours, including the introductory part. Some of the balance beams were quite tricky, but the instructors were around if you needed help. The zip wires were a definite highlight. Overall, a well-run operation. The only minor point was the snack bar selection was a bit limited, but that's not why we were there. Good fun, felt very safe.

Great day out with mates

So, my buddies and I hit up the Loch Lomond zip wires last month. It was pretty epic, not gonna lie. The whole setup was chill, and the instructors made sure everyone felt good about it. We had a proper laugh, definitely recommend it if you're looking for something a bit different to do with your friends.

Family adventure pass value

I was looking for something active for the kids during the Easter break and found TreeZone. The family adventure pass was a pretty good deal compared to booking individual tickets, saved us a fair bit. The kids loved the high ropes course at Aviemore, kept them busy for hours. Worth the money for sure, especially with the discount.

Does TreeZone ever do sales on their gift vouchers? Want to get one for my brother but hoping to snag a deal.

M Mark Hernandez 2 weeks ago
I got one around Christmas last year and they had a small discount on them then, like 10% off. Keep an eye out during seasonal periods.

Not usually, from what I've seen. Group bookings and stuff get discounts, but individual vouchers rarely do, unless it's a special promo like Black Friday.

Hey, thinking of booking TreeZone for my son's 10th birthday. Is the 'kids course' actually challenging enough for a 10-year-old or is it more for tiny tots?

W William Perez 3 days ago
My nephew did it last year for his 9th birthday and absolutely loved it. He said some parts were tricky but in a good way, definitely not just for little kids. He felt pretty proud after finishing.

Yeah, I think it's designed for that age group. They have different levels though, so maybe check if the standard course is an option too if he's really adventurous. But the kids one should be fine.

Can you just turn up and pay for a session at Aviemore, or do you definitely need to book in advance? Planning a spontaneous trip.

L Linda Gomez 1 week ago
Definitely book ahead, especially if it's a weekend or school holiday. They get super busy and you might not get a spot if you just walk in.

I tried that once and got turned away. They have limited slots for safety, so advanced booking is pretty much essential unless you're going mid-week off-season and get really lucky.

How long does a typical session actually last? The website says 'up to 3 hours' but is that for like, super slow people? Or is it genuinely that long?

K Katie Mitchell 2 weeks ago
For me and my friends, it took about 2.5 hours total, including getting geared up and the safety briefing. We weren't rushing but weren't super slow either. So yeah, 2-3 hours is pretty accurate.

Depends on how busy it is and how quickly you get through the challenges. If there are people in front of you, you'll be waiting a bit. But it's not a quick in-and-out thing.

Comparing TreeZone to Go Ape for a family day out. Anyone been to both? What's the vibe like at TreeZone vs. Go Ape?

R Rachel Mitchell 3 weeks ago
TreeZone felt a bit more integrated into the natural environment, if that makes sense? Go Ape can feel a bit more commercial sometimes. Both are fun, but TreeZone felt a little more 'wild' to me.

I preferred TreeZone actually. The staff were super friendly and it felt a bit less crowded when we went. The courses felt really well maintained too. Go Ape is fine, but nothing special compared to this.
